Shipping policy

Shipping is offered through UPS and USPS at the cost to the buyer unless otherwise stated through either a coupon or discount code. This also includes giveaways which always include free shipping. Giveaways are only within the US territories only.

Processing time is between 7-10 business days. If personalization is requesting this can take between 7-14 days depending on the type of personalization that has been requested.

Shipping will take place on either Fridays or Saturdays after the purchase has been made. 

Delays and service interruptions are depending on the carrier that you have selected for service. Please follow their guidelines if these interruption occur. 

If Items are received as broken or damaged. You must immediately provide documentation such a photos to our email at firstresponse3dprinting@gmail.com. If insurance has been purchased please follow the directions of the shipping location to file a claim. We will provide a replacement. We ask that you return the product at no cost to you. Once confirmation of broken or damaged product is received and reviewed we will provided a return label.
